1. Designation :-Sales Co-ordinator

  • Maintain data for tele-calling at least 50 companies in a day.
  • Work with sales personnel to achieve required sales team goals.
  • To process inquires by phone, fax, email and personal visits in relation to Company business.
  • Fixing at least 10 appointments for the sales team in a day.
  • Follow up with the sales team & the customers.
  • Sending mailer to the customer
  • Making arrangements for apple Demo.
  • To be updated on apple technology & price list.
  • Reporting to the head of the department for the daily work.

Desired Candidate :- Female with Good Communication & knowledge of IT products.

Experience:- 0-1 year.
Salary:-7-8 K

2. Designation :-Sales Executive {Corporate & Pre Sales}

Job Responsibilities :-

1. Present and sell Apple & Canon products and services to current and potential clients.
2. Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
3. Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
4. Identify Sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
5. Prepare presentations, proposals and Sales contracts.
6. Develop and maintain Sales materials and current product knowledge.
7. Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.

Desired Candidate: –Male Candidate with sound knowledge of IT products , excellent communication Skills & should have conveyance.

Salary:-10-12 K + conveyance allowance + incentives

3. Service Co-ordinator: -{Job Responsibilities}

  • Will be responsible to assign daily calls to the engineers.
  • Every day calls reports to be collected and the status to be put on board.
  • Follow up for the warranty, material, technical issues with concerned deptt and regularly update the customer on the status of the same.
  • Crosscheck the call reports received from the engineers.
  • Generating the engineer efficiency reports on weekly basis.
  • Receiving all the service calls and documenting them.
  • AMC cards being filled regularly
  • Respond to mails
  • Filling purchase format
  • Reports to be generated regularly and daily in the format.

Desired Candidate:- Fresher or Experienced Female with good communication skills & sound knowledge of IT Product & services.

Salary :- 7- 8 K

4. Designation :- Service Manager

1. Manage Calls : No escalation of service call should happen to Director
2. Customer Satisfaction : responsible for the customer feedback and satisfaction.
3. Handling calls personally , if the engineer is not able to resolve issue in 1 days time.
4. Apple certification : Study and Clear Certification for OS and the Desktop / Laptop H-W in a Targeted time , Also making engineer go thorough certification process.
5. Daily consolidated reports to be prepared ( no. of calls attended , completed and pending )
6. Weekly : Reporting on the Engineers performance and the help needed from the mgt should be highlighted in the meeting, suggestions to improve performance.
7. Work towards automation of the service department.
8. Manage the team of engineers toward customer satisfaction.
9. Handling Difficult inquiries or complaints
10. Training and mobilizing staff for high standard of service.
11. Making sure that the staff understands the company procedures and consumer requirements
12. setting up customer feedback or complaint procedures.
13. Finding out ways to improve service standards.
14. Try to make a sale out of each service ( spares , extended warranty , AMC , fulfilling other IT requirements of the customer )
15. Maintaining a full database of the clients seeking services from our organization and keep sending them mailers and other offers.

Desired Candidate:- Candidate with knowledge of IT, Hardware & Networking & good in communication skills.

Experience:-3-5 years
