Software Java Developer : 2+ Years Experience – (People with 1+ Experience can also be considered – Please do not apply if you have less than one year experience)

We’re looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Java developer specializing in Web Applications to join a startup company. If you want to be part of a dream and ready to work hard then you are the right candidate for us.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop software using our current web application standards in Java (Hibernate, Spring)
  • Participate in various phases of SDLC including design, coding, testing and documentation
  • Utilize design methodologies, object-oriented design and design patterns
  • Working with vendor to make sure that he delivers according to the plan

Skills and experience required:

  1. A minimum 2 years of industry experience
  2. 2 years solid hands-on experience with data driven web-based Java applications
  3. 1+ years experience with Spring and Hibernate preferred
  4. 1+ years experience with at least one major web server (JBoss, Tomcat, )
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  6. Experience with web interface development (HTML, XHTML, XML, XSL, CSS, AJAX, JavaScript)
  7. Experience with automated Java build and test software (Ant, JUnit)
  8. Worked with SQL database design and development, preferably with Oracle / MySql
  9. Worked with design patterns and modeling methodologies such as UML
  10. Worked with multi-tiered enterprise software application design and development
  11. Ability to work well independently or within a team, especially cross-functional teams
  12. Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies
  13. Knowledge of AWT

Location:

This position will be based in Delhi. Person has to spend initial 3 months in Hyderabad to get training.
