Job Location : Vasant Vihar, New Delhi
Stipend : Rs. 3000/month + performance based incentives

Overview of internship:
The Operations intern will work closely with the VP-Marketing to ensure smooth operations of the Round One platform from the customer’s perspective. Their responsibilities include:
Coordinating between customers (Job Applicants) and Referrer’s (Company employees) to ensure interactions between the two
Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission — specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
Developing and managing initiatives to increase referrer participation and effectiveness
Developing and managing initiatives to increase customer conversion rates
Some administrative tasks
Play a significant role in long-term planning, and initiatives geared toward operational excellence.

Desired profile:
Qualifications
2-4 years experience in operations or customer relationship management
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Proficient in excel, word, outlook, and access
Excels at operating in an fast pace, community environment
The selected candidates will go through a round of telephone interview.
Duration of internship : 1-3 months
