Business Development Executive Responsibilities:
1. Database Generation.
2. Calling to prospective clients and generating the leads.
3. Assisting the Supervisors in related area.

Business Development Manager:
We are looking for:
Person with good knowledge of International Marketing and Sales with IT projects
Good knowledge of English in written and oral communication
Can bring in business as per company working model and based on current technical strength
Flexible to work during different hours to meet different client timezones
Knowledge of bidding on different project portals, tapping direct clients, networking
Generating targeted business for company and adding technical strength
Expertise in bringing small to large size projects.
Would really like to have a person in team who can bring in multiple number of brochure or CMS based sites on regular basis
PHP Developers:
We are looking for:
Person with good knowledge of PHP / MySQL
Knowledge of working on Joomla, WordPress and Magento
Knowledge of Ecommerce and Payment gateway is add on
Fast development and turnaround time.

Website Designer:
We are looking for:
Person with good knowledge of Designing Logo and Web Layouts
Can create great working and fast loading XHTML / CSS pages
Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator will be addon

HTML Developer:
We are looking for:
Person with good knowledge of Slicing Web Layouts and incorporating changes
Can create great working and fast loading XHTML / CSS pages with Transitional and Strict codes
Knowledge of HTML 5 and CSS 3 will be an add on for sure
Integration of design to WordPress and Joomla skinning will be an add on
Fast development and turnaround time.

Desired Profile:
1. Should have experience in International Call Center.
2. Should be a good team player with excellent written and spoken communication skills. Sincerity in work combined with quick responsiveness will be ideal match.
3. Sales experience (preferably from an IT, BPO (outbound) and ITES industry background). Smart candidates from non-IT industry having experience in Corporate Sales and a flair and passion to work in a growing IT organization will also be considered for short listing and interview for this position.
