We are an innovative software product startup based in Noida looking to hire a bright intern for 6 months.
Responsibilities – Sales
– Help with the sales cycle from initial point of contact (lead generation), presentations, proposals, through contract negotiations and execution.
– Contribute to cold calling, writing and communications, and strategic development.
– Screen and build relationships with consultants through social networking sites, blogs, events, etc.
Responsibilities – Marketing:
– Prepare questionnaires and conduct market research. Able to analyze the data and write reports highlighting the findings.
– Create strategic email campaigns that are industry and territory directed.
– Monitor online blogs for tracking communications related to the company and competitive offerings.
– Execute and analyze results of advertising and marketing campaigns.
– Design and create marketing materials / collateral.
– Create and maintain a list of Recruitment consultancies, Headhunting agencies, Niche recruiters, Passive candidate research firms, and Sourcing firms.
– Create and maintain a list of ad agencies, public relations firms, and HR organizations.
Qualifications:
– MBA in HR.
– Strong attention to detail.
– Excellent command of spoken and written English.
– Professional and hard working; dependable and able to work with a team.
Preference will be given to candidates in the Delhi / NCR region.
