Desired Candidate Profile
- Knowledge of HR processes (Inclination Towards Training and Development)
- Knowledge of HR theory
- Knowledge of basic computing (MS Office)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- The ability to act in a confidential and sensitive manner
Training Description
- Take care of development & execution of training plans
- Enhance successful execution of Training Programs.
- Conduct pre &post training activities & maintain records.
- To handle day-to-day queries.
- Running couple of operations related projects.
- MIS Reports
