Mason training in Swarnjayanti Gram Swarozgar Yojana (SGSY) at Drishtee (NGO) – Social Interns Needed

Under the Swarnjayanti Gram Swarozgar Yojana (SGSY) Project we have to train about 5000 Mason and the Labourers at the construction sites.
OVERALL GOAL of the PROJECT :
Capacity Building trainees from the ‘below poverty line segment’ for their skills on livelihood generation, increasing their employability and income generation abilities.
Intern’s deliverables
Impart Training to the aspiring candidates for Mason and Labour at the construction site. Ability to control a group of about 50 candidates in one batch and ability to train, technical knowledge in Civil Engineering.
Minimum Duration: 2 Months
Ideal Start Date/Month: 1st February 2011
Location of the Intern (HO or Field): Field (pls specify is it Mathura, Hathras, U.P)
Educational Qualification:
Candidates pursuing or completed their Civil Degree / Diploma. Experienced and Retired Civil Engineers are welcome.
Training ability to Impart Training to BPL candidates, good communication in Hindi, great passion and motivation in contributing to skill and capacity building in rural development sector.
