Job Title: Marketing Intern
Job Location: Bhopal – Madhya Pradesh
Stipend: Rs. 2500 pm + Rs. 500 mobile allowance

Overview of internship: The internship involves designing innovative promotions to attract footfalls and executing them by tying up with retailers across Bhopal.
Company profile: The Four Fountains Spa is India’s largest chain of professionally managed, affordable health spas set up by 3 MBAs from IIM Ahmedabad S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research. The founders of the company have worked with reputed multinational companies like Hindustan Unilever, KPMG Consulting and the Tata group prior to this venture. The vision of the company is to de-stress India by setting up affordable spas at 300 locations across India. The spa is present at 13 locations across Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, Goa, Manali, Aurangabad & Bhopal. In Bhopal, The Four Fountains Spa is located inside DB City Mall at MP Nagar.
Details of internship
• To generate footfalls through tie-ups with retail brands from categories like
o Supermarkets
o Multiplexes
o Departmental stores
o Gymnasiums
o Hotels
• To generate footfalls by conducting independent activities like
o Letterbox activity
o Newspaper inserts
o Bannering
• To identify new channels/partners through whom additional business can be generated
• To coordinate with Mumbai office for design requirements
• To coordinate with vendors for printing & delivery of marketing collateral and assets
• To maintain inventory of marketing collateral and assets
Desired profile
Education: Pursuing BBA / MBA in Marketing or any other equivalent degree. Can be through correspondence too.
Experience: Not required. Freshers may also apply.

• Smart, outgoing personality
• Good communication skills (Hindi & English; speaking and proposal-writing)
• Willingness to travel within the city
Duration of internship: 3 months

Reporting To: Mr. Rajiv Banerjee, Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Mumbai
Work Hours: Full time, 9 hours a day, 6 days a week (Sunday – holiday)
