Job Summary
Looking for an ambitious intern who has solid communication skills and can think quick on his/her feet. The JD is a mix of data collection, surveying and market research. The only eligibility criteria is you need to be street-smart, disciplined and hard working. Rest you will learn everything on the internship.
Who is this for?
Someone has an inherent desire to learn as much as possible and is willing to sacrifice the comforts of working from home/office to get the on ground reality of industry and understand the mindset and problems of stakeholders. Someone who doesn\’t require much supervision and can work on his/her own with minimal guidance.
Who should not apply?
Someone who wants a cushy MNC internship and does not want to work past 5pm. Someone who is not willing to step out of home/office and doesn\’t have the drive to really make an impact.
Please note, it is a complete field internship.
Responsibilities and Duties
1. Identification of different levels and stakeholders in the automobile spare parts and servicing industry eg. OEMs, Manufacturers, Wholesalers, Retailers, Mechanics, Customers, etc.
2. Meeting and interviewing the different stakeholders. Identifying their business problems and the general problems of this industry.
3. Designing and conducting field level surveys. Identification and capturing of the data points
4. Undertake end-to-end responsibility for primary and secondary research.
5. Able to complete the tabulation of data in Excel/Google sheets.
