About RedQuanta
Two years ago RedQuanta was just an idea to change the retail industry by collaborating with the king i.e. consumer.

It took root, was nurtured and today can boast of working with some of the most influential companies in the country. With 25+ clients in 13 industries we have just touched tip of the retail iceberg.

RedQuanta was founded by Pankaj Guglani an alumni of MDI Gurgaon and is backed by senior alumni/ investors from IIM’s.

What we do?
RedQuanta enables its clients to deliver a superior & consistent experience to customers, using our crowd-sourcing powered mystery shopping platform. Mystery shoppers pose as regular customers and perform specified tasks like asking questions, buying merchandise or behaving in a per-determined way to access the quality and quickness of response and service of the service provider. We work with clients who are industry leaders across the board in prime sectors like retail, restaurants, fast food chains, cinemas, banks, health clubs etc.

While it may sound dramatic, we really want to be BIG – big in terms of customers, revenue and the value created. We are going to disrupt the industry by offering tremendous value to the clients using our technology, mystery shoppers’ base, data analytics and sheer passion.

Multiple Marketing projects for top retail/dining etc companies across India. The projects shall focus on branding, market research, competition evaluation and mystery shopping to gather intelligence.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Profile Description: Looking for 10+2, graduates, undergraduates, part time students, open minded, smart and with good communication skills.

UG Qualifications:

* B .Com (Any Specialization)
* B.Sc ( IT / Comp / Social Sciences / Any )
* BBA / BBM / BBS (Any Specialization)
* BCA / BCM (Any Specialization)
* BE / B.Tech ( Any Specialization )
