Devyani International Limited which is the India’s largest franchisee for Pizza Hut & KFC and the master franchisee for Costa Coffee is looking for candidates with positive attitude to work, perform and build career in restaurant industry, pleasing personality with sincere and genuine smile and above average communication skills (verbal and written) for upcoming chain of Quick Service Restaurants for Delhi & NCR region primarily .

Department: Operations
Reporting to: Shift Manager
Immediate Subordinates: None.
Qualifications: 10+2 is mandatory but degree/ diploma/certificate in food production is preferred and above 18 years of age.
Work Experience: 0-3 years of experience in any field.
Core Purpose of the Job: To contribute to the customer satisfaction by providing excellent service to the customers ensuring 100% compliance with security and safety standards
Probable DOJ: First week of Oct’10
Offered Cost to the Company (CTC): Rs 6500- 9000 p.m (as on date)
Career Growth Opportunities: Based on Individual Development Plan, a production associate can become a Shift Manager in 1.5 to 2 years on merit basis.
