Internship cum Training Program in Web Designing and Developing – Front and Back End Engineering

The Web Designer will be designing, developing and updating the website with an emphasis on scalability and usability. In addition the web designer is expected to implement bug fixes and assist with routine maintenance of the website and to participate in aspects of website up gradation such as analysis, testing, development and maintenance. The duties will include and may not be limited to designing and developing banners, flash development and advertisements for our advertisement partners and stakeholders. It will also include development of any new pages of the website, and developing pamphlets and brochures for the marketing campaign. The Back-end Developer will be responsible for the design, development and implementation of many features across the web properties. Job requirements include and are not limited to:
Design and develop web sites /pages, digital advertisements and landing pages
Design and implement onsite merchandising for e-commerce stores
Optimize the customer experience & increase conversions on our website by designing promotional banners, billboards & flash movies.
Responsible for updating content and features on brand sites and ensuring web pages are consistent with industry/company standards, and that content is accessible.
Utilize HTML, CSS, ASP.NET, Action script, Jquery to maintain and create all new website pages and promotional pages
Develop flash presentations, demos and advertisements for corporate and partner websites and online advertisement network. Design and code email communications. Process and update photos and images and promotional banners on the website pages.
Design and code captivating and cohesive email marketing campaigns
Familiarity with search engine optimization methodologies, tools and techniques. Assisting as needed with SEO, SEM and viral marketing
Working with or developing in distributed computing technologies. Web specific skills including HTML, CSS, PHP development Dynamic Web Forms Javascript
Background in traditional software development methodologies and environments. B.E/B.Tech in IT and allied fields will be preferred.
Must be able to manage multiple projects and consistently meet project deadlines
Development of online tests and interactive support for clients. Developing and modifying a high traffic e-commerce website.
Location: – Noida, India
Duration: – 2 months with an optional extension for 6 months based on student’s academic calendar. Full time positions will be offered to interested people found to be a good fit for the company.
Start date: – 4th-July-2011 or flexible based on student’s academic calendar
Cost of the internship, stipend & Perks: – The cost of training program is Rs. 5,000. On completion of the training program you will work on live projects and earn back stipend up to Rs 5000 per month. A internship certificate will be awarded after successful completion of the training program. In addition, based on the performance bonus and rewards would be paid. Stipend and perks are negotiable and will increase with the experience and expertise of the applicant.
