Job Description
Going to colleges and collecting data as well as Company preentations and hiring people for internship/project.
Assist in interviewing and selecting employees onsite.
Arranges interviews for management levels.
Prepare letter of offer to selected candidates and letter of rejection to unsuccessful candidates.
Conduct exit interview.
Assist in preparing and sending offer packages.
Perform other special projects as assigned
Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
Give presentations
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
Utilize the portals for recruitment.
Performance management and improving systems
Employee orientation, development and training
Policy development and documentation
Development of the Human Resources department
Development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement and high performance
Personal ongoing development
Coordination with various departments
Desired Candidate Profile:
Education:
