ICICI Fellows programme
ICICI Fellows programme is for you if you are an achiever and want to do something that will change the world around you. Created to nurture and catalyse India’s best leadership talent, we have introduced a professional leadership programme – ICICI Fellows programme.
The ICICI Fellows Programme is a transformative two-year leadership programme. Focusing on personal coaching, mentorship, experiential modules, hands-on training, in addition to management training; this pioneering programme provides you with information, knowledge & commitment to inclusive growth.
Selected candidates will be placed with NGOs across India for 2 years. There will be a month long management training session before the programme begins and regular such sessions during the course of the programme.
During their tenure with the NGO, Fellows will be paid a stipend of Rs. 12000 per month to cover living expenses. Additionally, all expenses towards training, travel, accommodation, food and so on are covered under the Fellowship.
During the two years of the ICICI Fellows programme, you are groomed to be a leader – ready with the skills, experience, personality and motivation to succeed in any field that you choose to tread. We will support you through career advice, professional networking, tie-ups with seeking leadership talent helping you chart your career. Leading organisations in all sectors, be it private, government or civil society – all value the experience and exposure that ICICI Fellows provide.
If you are an achiever between 21 to 28 years of age and a graduate as on 1st July, 2011, you are eligible to apply. We aim to select the most talented young individuals with consistent past performance, displaying leadership potential and a passion for India.
