HR internship Trainee at Delhi (for Female candidates)
We are looking for HR Trainee {students for internship} for our placement firm Miraculous Services based in Dwarka Delhi .
The details for the same are as follows :-
Responsibilities
* Source candidates using traditional and creative sourcing methods, including but not limited to referrals, networking, internal database searches, online searches, Internet postings, job/career fairs, referrals, and user/technical groups.
* Screen and build a pipeline of candidates and provide a constant source of candidates for up and coming requirements.
* Establish relationships with clients.
* Interview prospective candidates and educate candidates on clients.
* Negotiate with candidates, extend offers, negotiate compensation.
* Line up qualified candidates to clients.
* Meet up the monthly target.
Desired Candidate:- Female candidate with good communication skills & should be nearby location.
Stipend :-Incentive Based
