Global Internship cum Training Program in Sales: Incentive Linked Paid Internship

We focus on online selling of broad range of goods that enhance the lives of our customers every second of the day. The sales intern is desired to help maintain relationships with institutional investors and match our services and products to their needs; work with technology and research teams to provide comprehensive client coverage, including fulfilling customer requests for market updates, pricing, executing client orders and providing customer with information about specific products; provide marketing ideas and help initiate transactions.

About Internship: This is a sales internship and hence only those who can simply sell are invited to apply. Ideal for those who can resolve upfront challenges, have the zeal to perform under pressure and can tackle situations. Creating sales proposal, sales and marketing pitch, presentation and training on CRM will be provided to all candidates understanding sales funnel. Incentives and stipend will be paid on achieving revenue targets with defined profitability.

Sales simulation: The sales simulation trains you and assesses your sales competencies. Each Summer Analyst receives a package of information and in the space of thirty minutes pulls together a sales presentation. You then have ten minutes on the telephone to pitch your “client” – a senior salesperson in the company who reacts to the sales proposals you suggest. At the conclusion of your sales pitch, your “client” will spend fifteen minutes interviewing you, assessing your performance and providing you with valuable feedback.

Who can apply: – Anyone with an aptitude to sell and having fluent English and Hindi communication skills. Prior sales or marketing experience is ideal but not necessary and hand’s on experience with designing softwares like photoshop and web designing, to name a few would be advantageous.

Location: – Noida, India

Duration: – 2 months with an optional extension for 6 months based on student’s academic calendar. Full time positions will be offered to interested people found to be a good fit for the company.

Start date: – 1-July-2011 or flexible based on student’s academic calendar

Cost of the internship, stipend & Perks: – The cost of training program is Rs. 5,000. On completion of the training program you will work on live projects and earn back stipend up to Rs 5000 per month. A internship certificate will be awarded after successful completion of the training program. In addition, based on the performance bonus and rewards would be paid. Stipend and perks are negotiable and will increase with the experience and expertise of the applicant.
