Stipend: Interns will be paid a fixed stipend and a variable performance based bonus.
Type of Internship:
1. Part time internships are Entrepreneurship Internship Program:
Duration: The Earthy Goods Internship Program is geared to give for a minimum duration of 6 months.
2. Full time internships management students a complete exposure to running a part of a business
Duration: Minimum duration of 2 months.
Each intern is given independent responsibility of an account, market area or product and is required to:
1. Develop a marketing plan
2. Manage the budget
3. Execute the marketing plan
4. Deliver results and
5. Manage the Profit & Loss statement for the business given to them
Examples of past projects include: Leading the market launch of a new product, launching a mobile store operation in Delhi-NCR, Executing aggressive promotions with top 20 clients to double then business etc.
