Position: Operations Manager (2-4 yrs experience)
Job Profile/ What?
The En Route founding team is looking for someone to join them as an Operations Manager. If you want to be part of a young and dynamic group and help in setting up operational structures from the ground up then this could be a great opportunity for you.
There is no upper limit on the responsibilities you can take on with us. Depending on your motivation you could be involved in the Hardware, Software, Quality Control, Procurement and Media Content Delivery aspects of the business.
Who should apply?
2-4 years experience in Operations as well as People Management are essential in order to be considered for this position. Other than that we look at factors such as:
- People who have a GOOD reason, why they would enjoy working in this particular role in our particular company
- People who think its ok to play cricket at the work place as long as work gets done
- Anyone who works well independently and can accept a lack of formal training
