1. Description of the project
a. Status of the project
The Project is an ongoing stage. It has already completed around 1
year now. The project is in collaboration with a Japanese
Organization. As a part of one of the activity we held IDEA
COMPETITION and selected three business ideas and now working on
making the three enterprises successful.

b. Project Team
Drishtee and Japanese Organization Team .

c. Objectives/Goal of the project
Developing the Enterprises in the Rural Areas and handhold the
Entrepreneurs.

2. Description/ Role of the intern
a. Intern Work Location : Project Site ( Saurath, Madhubani
District, Bihar ) Drishtee Dhruv Tara Kendra
b. Mandatory Languages : Both English and Hindi ( Methli would be
added advantage)
c. Intern’s deliverables:
1. Handhold the 3 entrepreneurs in the Village ( Spice
Enterprise, School and Papad enterprise)
2. Plan activities for Dhruv Tara Kendra ( Capacity cum
Demonstration center)
3. Document the activities/ updates on all the enterprises
4. Shoot Videos and make some case studies on the
entrepreneurs.

d. Additional resources :Camera and Good writing skills along with
good analytical skills

e. Hours per week: 40 hrs a week

3. Qualifications/Skills :
a. Education Qualifications : MBA/MSW

b. Experience :
Rural Area Exposure would be preferred along with sound knowledge of
Documentation .

c. Skills & Interests:
1. Documentation Skills are Must
2. Good Observation and analytical bend
3. Knowledge and interest of rural enterprises

4. Value proposition for the intern/volunteer:
Huge Learning experience, with rural exposure in India along with a
certificate of contribution after completion of the internship .

6. Expenses :

a) Stipend: No
b) Accommodation : Yes only on field .
c) Travel Allowance: Yes , as per company policy
d) MISC: As per mentors discretion

7.Feedback , Monitoring & Evaluation is conducted through reports and
direct Interaction with the Intern and team on regular basis in both
formal and informal ways .
