Business development & Operations Intern for Oyo Rooms
Oyo Rooms plan to expand its business by venturing into Homestays which is a breakthrough in the field of tourism. To establish the new vertical and have a steady growth, the interns will be required to work extensively towards the growth of the homestay vertical. We are looking for ambitious and energetic interns to help us expand our clientele.
Required Skills-
1. Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
2. Hardworking and willing to do a lot of legwork at the grassroots level
3. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
4. End to end funnel management
5. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
6. Highly motivated and target driven with an entrepreneurial streak
7. Ability to perform in chaos and bring order to the system
8. Proactive self-starter
9. Strong organizational skills
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. To convert the leads into clients
2. To help develop the business of Oyo rooms
3. To be proactively indulged in improving the vertical of homestays in the given locations
Locations: Goa, Pondicherry, Shimla, Mussoorie
Stipend: Rs.9,000+ 3000 reimbursements
