Internship Overview:
The Human Resources Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. This will be achieved through the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. The Human Resources Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent.

Internship Responsibilities:
-> Should have an eye for recruiting suitable candidates for the suitable post.
-> Should be dedicated and goal-oriented.
-> Should build networks through contacts and acquaintances.
-> Lead and coordinate the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open
-> Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
-> Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
-> Take care of nation-wide recruitment i.e. throughout India.
-> Utilize the Internet for recruitment.
— Post positions to appropriate Internet sources.
— Assist with development of social network sites and website maintenance.
— Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
— Promote the website on campus and formulate ideas and strategies in this regard. –
— Increase awareness thereby maximizing site visits through online and offline
media.(Blogs, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
-> Demonstrate the following skills in accomplishing job duties and responsibilities:
