Position: Business Development Specialist (BD Managers for freshers/experienced/deserving candidates)

The Job includes the following role & responsibilities

1. Business Development (Sales):
* Keeping an hawk’s eye on any new client that can be acquired
* Pitching our service to clients through Calling/Emailing
* Convincing potential clients about our service

2. Client Servicing (Relationship Management):
* Managing Clients as Accounts, and maintaining healthy business relationships with them
* Assisting Clients in drafting Job Descriptions, KRAs, etc. & providing them with expert opinions about market standards regarding various recruitment related queries
* Payment collection management

3. Delivery Management:
* Ensuring the swift execution of assignments provided by client
* Coordinating with Recruitment Specialists to deliver profiles on time

4. Other responsibilities:
* Brainstorming on various ideas being considered to grow the company even bigger
* Drafting processes related to recruitment strategies, training new-employees, goal/target definition and achievement plans, etc.
* Contributing to the overall management of the company affairs, as and when needed

5. Important KRAs:
* Taking coffee, smoke or gossip breaks
* Keeping your desk clean and setting an example for other clumsy guys around
* Joining us on team outings – “cheque aa gaya” party/bday parties/etc.

* Freshers with “balls of steel”
OR * 1 years in selling something unusual/concept selling
* If you’ve done any online sales activity, then perfect!

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* High energy levels, drive and resilience.
* Good computer knowledge, proficient at using the Internet, and demonstrable technical aptitude / inclination
* Intelligent and good logical reasoning
* Ability to work under constant pressure.
* A smart, hardworking, ambitious, and quick learning Fresher

* Graduation in any field
* Lots of hours standing outside the classroom on punishment (school)
* Managing proxy attendance at college
