1. Definition – Carrying out test marketing activities for Milkometer.
2. Scope – Consumer groups in different areas across India.
3. Deliverable s – Complete Analysis of data collected through the survey and determination of following:
* Strategy sales/ Network Sales.
* Collecting consumer feedback and extensive analysis of consumer behavior.
* Channel development.
* Market Entry strategy formulation.
Duration:
* After 2 day training in Kolkata candidates would relocated back to home location.
* First month would be sales/ consumer behaviour analysis.
* Second month you would be formulating strategy for market entry with your respective team.
Stipend: 5500 (Target Based)
