Exceed Expectations And Aspire Program Details:
(Performance of every Intern will be monitored for this six months as a process for absorbing
the best suited,promising and brilliant resources(Interns) on the Payroll of Company after the successful completion of Internship.)
Performance Criteria will be based on different factors like(Few of them are listed): Logical reasoning power, aptitute,level of dedication, behavior, willingness to improve...
Recruitment Procedure :
1. Aptitude test
2. Technical test based on C ,C++ and OOPS
3. Technical Interview
4. HR Interview
You will be informed well in advance about the Venue, date and timing of recruitement procedure.
Once you are through the procedure we will inform you about the commencement date of Program which will be tentatively in
last week of December or first week of January.
First Phase
As a part of 6 month program initially for 3 months you will undergo the Corporate Training(Industry Level) minimum 3hrs. a day and Brain Storming Sessions as a part Analysis Phase of Project Life cycle.Within this period you will trained on
