- Candidates for this position will be confident, organized, and enthusiastic about our unique concept.
- Should have excellent listening skills ,be cheerful and must have the ability to establish rapport with a wide variety of people.
- Able to target and develop clients through existing database and contacts.
- Provide a consultative approach to meet with clients to evaluate their needs and recommend solutions to ensure expectations are being met.
Individuals in this position work in a team environment, while being held accountable for individual performance.
* Results-oriented professional with self confidence, perseverance, a sense of urgency and a dynamic personality.
* Able to develop qualified leads as well as continue existing client relationships.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, including strong telephone and client communications.
* Minimum of 1-2 years of counseling experience
* Having a sales experience would be a plus.
