Objective

To strengthen the Overseas Recruitment Initiative by introducing international students to the Mahindra Group.

Recruitment
Summer interns are recruited through the
Career Centres of select universities. Applications are received via email and telephone interviews are conducted with short-listed applicants.
Projects
All projects will serve the following purpose:
1.
 Heighten the overall business awareness of the Summer Intern.
2.
 Introduce the Summer Interns to the Indian business environment.
3.
 Offer projects, which are hands-on and challenging in nature
